Innovation in the case study
The CDAIS project did not promote a specific type of innovation, but rather focused on the capacity to innovate in the three dimensions. Moreover, the project focused on actors’ so-called functional capacity.
The TAP Common Framework identified 4 core functional capacities resulting in an overarching capacity to adapt, respond and innovate together.
